We do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.

We are not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged packages. It is under the care of your selected carrier after they receive the package from us. We are not responsible for any orders sent to the wrong address - please enter your correct address at the checkout page.

Exceptions, defectiveness and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item itself is defective or if you receive the wrong item listed on your order. Please provide us with picture proof and an accurate description of your received item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
